AUDITORIUM TERMS AND CONDITIONS





Refreshments are not allowed in the auditorium, including back stage area.


Smoking is not permitted on school property at any time.


No alcoholic beverages are allowed on school property at any time.


Items cannot be attached to curtains or nailed to floor.


Structures such as run-ways cannot be used without permission from the principal.


Props and decorations must be removed by the day after the event has taken place.The Wayne County Board of Education will not be responsible for any items not picked up.


All information concerning this application must be furnished within ten days of the actual event.


A custodian will be required at each opening. A walk through will take place at each opening and closing.


Custodial fee for use of all Wayne County Board of education facilities is calculated at hourly rate X 1.5 X .0765. A minimum of two hours will be paid to the custodian assigned to any event.


A Sound/light Technician is required to be present at any event held in the Wayne County High School auditorium. The technician will be paid based on the employee's hourly rate X 1.5 X .0765 for benefits.


Insurance should be maintained, at your own expense, in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) to cover loss, damage, or injury to any person or property from the use, occupancy, management or possession of the Premises. Proof of Liability Insurance MUST be provided at least five (5) business days prior to the event in order for the facility to be used. Wayne County Board of Education must be added as an additional insured with respects to the activity described
