Located on Sawmill Lake, the Clubhouse features a luxury lake house theme complete with a patio and grill area overlooking the lake. Interior finishes include a fireplace, granite counters, wood flooring and a "tasting" counter perfect for hosting a cocktail hour. Large and small rooms are available for rental.
Due to the configuration of Sawmill Lake Club, only one event will be permitted on site at a time. Rental of either Varney A, Varney B, or the entire Sawmill Lake Club by a Resident will prevent any other facilities within Sawmill Lake Club from being used at the same time by another resident. This is to ensure that all events can take place without interruption. Please be aware that while this facility may appear to be available, there is a possibility that one of the other rooms within the club has already been booked. In the event that the space is unavailable, your request will either be declined or moved to a different time, date, or location.
