The Hub confirms the District commitment to a Collective Impact approach to comprehensive community transformation. As a key partner in the Hayward Promise Neighborhoods Initiative (HPN) and as an emerging Full Service Community School District, the District is committed to population level change in outcomes, such as significant gains in early literacy, school attendance, ELA and math proficiency, high school graduation, and college-going culture across the district.
