Per the District, a copy of the approved permit must be accessible at all times during the rental.

USE OF KITCHEN AND / OR FOOD SERVICE STAFF - Requires a Request for Kitchen Services Form and County Food Permit Form be filled out. BOTH must be uploaded to reservation for approval.

Please note that all Brentwood Union SD facility use rates may be subject to an increase on 07/01/2026 and will be updated accordingly.
