HSD is proud of our schools and sports fields and is pleased to be able to use these facilities for educational and extracurricular activities for students, and make them available to outside users. Due to the ongoing and increasing costs associated with maintaining these facilities, and after an extensive review, we will be increasing facility use fees as of June 1, 2025.

Beginning Saturday, January 4th, all internal and external reservations need to be properly canceled, at least 72 hours prior to the event state date/time. Any reservations not cancelled 72 hours prior, or no shows, will be billed $120 per reservation, per occurrence. This is to ensure door schedules, HVAC and other operations are adjusted appropriately based on the cancellation.
