During the school year, any reservation requested more than 6 weeks in advance may not be approved until closer to the event date, as school activities have priority over rentals.

The West Ada School Board is in the process of reviewing current rental pricing. Renters should be aware that pending any changes approved by the board, rental rates will increase after August 26th.
Reservation Payment Policy: In order to bypass upfront payment, please click the “By Mail” option on the payment page as the final step on this reservation. You will then make payment if your reservation is approved. If payment is not made AT LEAST 10 DAYS prior to the event date, your reservation will be suspended, and your permit will be invalidated.
